• Final Payment: Full payment is required prior to transferring the puppy to its new home. We advise prospective buyers to ensure they are fully prepared for the lifelong commitment of pet ownership before proceeding.

2. Health Guarantee and Refund/Replacement Process

We stand firmly behind the health of our puppies:

• Health Guarantee Period: If your puppy is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian with a health condition covered under our Health Guarantee within the specified period (as detailed on our Health Guarantee page), you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
• Process: To initiate a claim, please contact us immediately and provide:
  • Written confirmation and veterinary documentation of the diagnosed condition.
  • Evidence that the diagnosis falls under our Health Guarantee terms.
• Resolution Options: Based on the diagnosis and our health guarantee policy, you may be offered one of the following:
  • A full refund of the purchase price, OR
  • A replacement puppy of equal value and breed (subject to availability).

Note: The refund or replacement under the Health Guarantee is subject to verification and approval based on our predefined terms.

3. Returns and Rehoming

• Returns Not Accepted: Because every puppy is a living being and part of a family, we do not accept returns solely due to change of mind or personal circumstances unrelated to the health guarantee.
• Rehoming Assistance: If you encounter challenges in caring for your puppy, please contact us immediately. We are committed to working with you to ensure the well-being of your puppy, which may include offering guidance and assistance in rehoming when necessary.

4. General Terms

• No Warranty Implied: Beyond our Health Guarantee, all sales are considered final. We provide thorough health checks and care standards for all our puppies; hence, additional refunds or returns are not applicable.
• Consultation and Support: We encourage open communication. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your puppy’s health or adjustment to their new home, please reach out. We remain available to support you long after the adoption process is complete.
