Every puppy adopted from us receives: A complete veterinary health check by a licensed veterinarian Up-to-date vaccinations appropriate for their age Deworming treatments Preventive care and parasite control You will receive a full veterinary record and vaccination chart with your puppy.
🏥 14-Day General Health Guarantee
We guarantee that your puppy will be in good health and free from communicable diseases at the time of adoption. If your licensed veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a contagious illness within 14 days of pickup or delivery, we will: Offer a full refund or replacement puppy (depending on your preference and availability), OR Cover reasonable veterinary expenses (up to the purchase price of the puppy) Conditions apply. A written statement from your vet and immediate notification are required.
🧬 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
We stand behind the genetic health of our puppies. If your puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening hereditary or congenital condition within the first 12 months, we will: Replace the puppy with another of equal value, OR Offer a partial refund depending on the condition Examples of covered conditions may include: Hip dysplasia (moderate to severe) Heart defects (of a genetic nature) Liver shunt Other breed-specific genetic illnesses Veterinary documentation and health testing results will be required for claims.
